Special Edition Shows

Unravel can curate bespoke live sets from our rich and diverse community of stories and storytellers to inspire, engage, and entertain your team, students, peers, or partners. We can also produce a special edition show featuring your students, faculty, or team - we’ll work with you through idea generation to first draft to live performance.

In 2018, Unravel was invited to participate in the inaugural China International Storytelling Festival in Suzhou. China International Storytelling Festival sought to bring together the creativity and vibrancy of the international storytelling scene with inherited repertoire and techniques of China’s traditional storytelling arts. Unravel facilitated an authentic narrative workshop with festival attendees, and curated a live set featuring three Unravel storytellers at a local pub.

In December, Unravel was invited to open the Jing An Kerry Centre’s Christmas Market with a live set, in collaboration with Time Out Shanghai. Unravel curated a special holiday edition live set featuring four Unravel storytellers sharing stories loosely inspired by the market’s theme: Time is Love, Time is Now.
